Antimony Tin Oxide (ATO) nanoparticles work as sunlight heat shields in the near infrared region (NIR) of solar radiation. They are commonly used to protect acid sensitive materials and as protective coatings due to it’s optical transparency.
Based upon the polymeric composition similar to our Nano Graphene Coating, CMO promises high mechanical strength and thermal stability with good optical, thermal and chemical barrier properties. The ATO assists in reducing chemical reactions of contaminants aggravated by heat or UV that can otherwise result in permanent etching, spotting and staining.

The exceptional ability of ATO to resist acids and repel UV rays significantly minimizes the damage resulting from chemical reactions caused by contaminants and substances reacting with heat or UV exposure. This leads to a reduction in etching, water spots, and stains.
